Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Starter is free forever and requires no credit card. You can watch every public camera on the network and save up to five favorite locations — upgrade only if you need more.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your account settings in a couple of clicks. Changes apply immediately and cancellations stop future billing — no hidden fees.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. Annual Business subscriptions can also be paid by bank transfer, and partner agreements are invoiced according to contract terms.
Do you offer discounts for public institutions or nonprofits?
Yes. Municipalities, universities, schools and registered nonprofits receive special conditions on Pro and Business plans. Contact our team to check your eligibility.
How is the Partner Program different from the paid plans?
Paid plans are for viewers. The Partner Program is for organizations that want to broadcast their own cameras on Suprivale Live — including technical integration, a dedicated manager and full onboarding support.
